General Psychotherapy – In these sessions we will take the time to explore your history in as much detail as you want, your current situation and what brings you to therapy and then we will set goals for our work together including: symptom relief, increase understanding of patterns in your life, behaviour change, and setting boundaries to help bring about long-term and positive change in your life.

Walk & Talk Psychotherapy

In-Person in Dundas, Ontario

Similar to Individual psychotherapy above but we will be on the trail for our sessions and incorporating elements of eco-therapy into our meetings.

Please note: the initial session will always be virtual and then in subsequent sessions we can be on the trail.


Group Psychotherapy

Throughout the year we offer group psychotherapy for specific groups of people. Here is a list of upcoming group psychotherapy programs. Please note we do require a commitment for all weeks of the program.

  • The Balance Within: Group Psychotherapy and Skills Program for Mothers
    • This program runs 8 weeks and is for mothers at any stage of their parenting journey (from newborns to adult children) who feel they would benefit from learning new strategies to maintain their connection to self and their values and regulate their emotions.
    • Date: Spring 2025 and Fall 2025
  • Group Psychotherapy for Late Teens and Young Adults
    • This program is to help support individuals through their late teen years and early adulthood, working on stress management, building healthy relationships, communication skills, and understanding themselves more deeply.
    • Date: Summer 2025
